Keeping a regular exfoliation routine, especially during winter, helps your products work more effectively- there’s no barrier of dead skin cells hindering a product’s effect -and in turn, can aid in the hydration of your skin. Exfoliate about 2-3x per week.

This week went too quickly! I had so many posts planned but I didn’t have enough time. enjoy the weekend! I agree exfoliating is important. Not sure if this is TMI but my feet, during the winter I have to exfoliate a lot more times then the summer, I know, gross! lol I needs my feets to be soft!
It did. Have a great weekend too. Haha, no worries. It’s the beauty industry, which means some not so nice topics at times. I think that everyone has that problem. It’s nice to have a mint foot scrub after a long day or after a gym session. 🙂
