January 30, 2015

Itโ€™s Friday readers which means my weekly skin tip. ๐Ÿ™‚

Once you find the right products for your skin, youโ€™re half-way to achieving healthy skin.ย  However, you need to establish a consistent routine to maintain your results.ย  Think of it in terms of a workout routine -sticking to it long term will yield results.

See you next week,

So true! Once you skip a day, your skin just doesn’t feel the same. It’s so important to be consistent! ๐Ÿ™‚

I can maybe get away with one day but anything after that is not good. ๐Ÿ™ When you have the tools, you need to also put them to work. Thanks for stopping by. ๐Ÿ™‚

Yes, it’s no good at all! I totally feel the difference! It’s definitely a good idea to get into the habit to look after your skin well! ๐Ÿ™‚ You’re welcome, thanks for replying!

Thanks. I needed this reminder. I fall off the skincare wagon during my work week. Not good, and not a habit I want to continue. Thanks you :o)

Great tip! I have learned this the hard way. I start with a consistent routine with great results only to flub and get off track to go back to the skin I had before. Blahhhh. Great blog! Followed!

Thank you so much! Followed back! Yes, I know what you mean. The same things happens to me with exercise. I get into the zone and routine and then…I fall a bit of the wagon. But, I’m learning to keep going. ๐Ÿ™‚

I so agree Stephanie, it’s all about being consistent. People would tease me years ago for all the fuss I go through to take care of my skin. It’s not vain, lol well maybe a little but I am going to be 51 soon and boy am I grateful I followed my mothers example. Jejejeje

I can see why most people might say it’s vain but I don’t think a little bit of attention to one’s self is a bad thing. It’s good to take some time out for yourself. Yes, you look good! I took after my grandmother who always wears sunscreen and applies her skincare products and I have to say, her skin is amazing. ๐Ÿ™‚

Sadly, too many women give so much of themselves that when they grow older they find themselves empty and spent. I believe that it’s vital to take care of ourselves so that we can be our best version and then assist others to do the same. My mom is 79 and she has the most amazing skin. I am praying those genes hold up with me. Lol. Love you Stephanie thanks for being a ray of sunshine. ??

I agree! I’m sure you’ll inherit those genes to and with your lifestyle modification, it will definitely help. Love you too and thanks for also being a great inspiration and role model. This world needs more of you. ๐Ÿ™‚
